   I make paintings and prints. Most of my work has its origins in nature, the world of dreams and psyche, and the mysterious places in between.
    I live close to the woods, have spent much time sat round small campfires in old forests, sleeping under the stars and next to glacial lakes, looking for salamanders under damp logs, watching fish swim through bio-luminescence. I carry a sketch pad and continue to draw. These sketches often form the beginnings of the paintings and prints.
    I studied at Plymouth college of Art and Design and Cardiff Institute of Art and Design in the U.K.
   The paintings on this site are painted with oil on canvas or oil on board/wooden panel.
